DECEMBER 2025— This year, throughout the Season of Advent, we will focus on the question “What Child is This?” This is the question we ask every year at Christmas, and really, it’s the question all Christians must answer. What is it about this child—this baby born in Bethlehem 2,000 years ago—who changed the world and made God’s presence known in a new way? What child is this to each of us?
In these weeks before Christmas, we invite you to join us as we ponder the identity of Jesus. Together we will read Scripture, sing Christmas hymns, and share stories—all seeking to know more about this baby who is God in person. Each week, we will light a candle, marking the hope, peace, joy, and love Christ brings into the world. He was born into a world longing for more of God’s presence, and that longing remains just as real today. This child was born to save us.
Yes, it takes a lifetime to understand the answer to the question, “What Child is This?” May this Advent season lead us deeper into that mystery, and closer to the One who came to dwell among us.

Christ’s Presence Confirmed: The Gift of Peace
April 3 – Communion Sunday
Jesus’ inner circle was still trying to absorb the news of his resurrection, which left them confused, stunned, and blessed. Christ responds with three specific gifts to help them (and us) to know this is for real! Have you experienced Easter yet?
